Admission Rules

  1. Students can get admission for intermediate, BS/ADP(Term System) programs in accordance with the rules maintained by HSSC and Sargodha University respectively.
  2. A student has to fill admission form that is available from the said college and to submit within the stipulated time.
  3. Admission form is to be completed along with the set of 3 attested copies of previous academic transcripts/Degrees, Character Certificate issued by the last attending institute, 3 attested copies of NADRA Birth Registration Certificates, 3 passport size photo and 3 attested copies of CNIC of Father/Guardian.
  4. The students have to bring their original documents at the time of interview.
  5. The students with matriculation from boards other than Sargodha are bound to attach No objection certificate.
  6. The Principal has the sole authority to admit any student on the recommendation of College Admission Committee. However the Principal can refuse the admission of any student. She is not bound to reveal the reason to the concerned student. The decision of the admission committee is final and cannot be challenged.
  7. Students willing for BS/ADP(Term System) admission have to submit an Affidavit form regarding attendance, performance and discipline.
  8. Students have to appear in all internal exams of the said college and to show satisfactory performance.
  9. BS/ADP(Term System) students must ensure 70% attendance. In case of low attendance and poor performance the college administration has the authority to struck off the student.

Discipline Rules

  1. Students are bound to follow discipline rules in class, sports and hostel.
  2. Students are not allowed to bring a cell phone, recorder, or any other related gadget. In case of violation, they would be fined heavily and can be expelled in extreme cases.
  3. Students cannot enter college offices and staff room without permission.
  4. Students cannot leave the college before closing hours without the permission of the Principal.
  5. Students are strictly forbidden from arranging any personal parties. In case of violation, they would be subject to heavy fines.
  6. Students are directed to check Notice Board time to time.
  7. The Principal has authority to expel any student if found her involved in any illegal, immoral and offensive activity.
